At House Salad, all sales are final. However, we’re committed to ensuring that every plant arrives at your doorstep in good condition, rain or shine. Before shipping, we carefully inspect and pack each plant to ensure it’s healthy and ready to thrive in your home.

Despite our best efforts, damages can sometimes occur during transit due to rough handling by the shipping carrier. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your plant at housesaladplants@gmail.com. Be sure to include a clear picture of the damage so we can assess the situation. Once we review your claim, we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means sending you a replacement or finding another suitable solution.
